According to Arch Daily, the design of the structure was chosen to adapt to Taiwan's local culture and climate.
Construction on the building was completed in November of 2019.

According to Arch Daily, the design of the structure was chosen to adapt to Taiwan's local culture and climate.
Construction on the building was completed in November of 2019.
